I teach many classes in the South Bay Area. Classes incude various styles of  yoga, mat pilates, TRX suspention training, and megaformer classes.  I am currently available, for classes, private training, semi private classes, workshops, and events.

Over the years I have helped so many people, in so many ways, to sleep better, gain strength and flexibility, relieve stress and pain, prepare for childbirth, get a better golf swing, and to have a fun and relaxing day with others. I look forward to welcoming you into this yoga community!

While completing a degree in International Business at San Jose State University Sarah was introduced to yoga by Lar Caughlan. She instantly fell in love with yoga for it’s simplistic, complex, and rich beauty. Realizing it is a practice for everyone, she decided she wanted to share the many benefits with others.

Sarah has been teaching yoga and fitness classes since 2006. Trained at The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA in Thai Massage with Phoebe Diftler in the spring of 2007. During the winter of 2009 she enrolled in a teacher certification program at Open Sky Yoga in Rochester, NY . Under the expert guidance of Open Sky’s founder, Francois Raoult, she completed her 200hr certification through Yoga Alliance. Sarah’s teaching style focuses on breathing awareness and control though pranayama (breathing exercises), proper alignment, which can be aided through the use of props, and meditation. She believes through breath we can learn to tame the fluctuations of the mind and heal the body.

Always a student Sarah continues to train and study. She has recently added Megaformer and TRX classes to her schedule. Please read "Classes and offerings"section for more information on different classes.
I believe strongly in the science of yoga and that everyone can benefit from it. Sports Basement in Campbell offers FREE community classes Sunday from 10:30-11:45pm . I teach with a group of rotating instructors to offer a great and varied learning expierience to the community.

I also teach with a group of rotating volunteer teachers Connected Warriors. It's a free yoga class for veterans at Flex Fusion in Campbell, Thursdays from 1:30-2:30pm. You can help spread the word. Follow me on social media to find out when my next class or fun event is!
